250Americashirts.com sells independently designed patriotic apparel and related products celebrating America’s 250th birthday, 1776–2026.

250Americashirts.com is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to any government agency, official America 250 organization, or government-sponsored anniversary program.

All product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice.

4. Print-on-Demand Products

Many or all products sold on 250Americashirts.com are printed on demand. This means products are made after your order is placed.

Because each product is custom-produced for your order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Wrong size ordered

Wrong color ordered

Change of mind

Buyer’s remorse

Accidental orders

Preference for a different design

Minor color differences between screen and print

Please review your size, color, shipping address, and order details carefully before completing checkout.

5. Orders and Payment

When you place an order, you agree that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.

You authorize us and our third-party payment processors to charge your selected payment method for the total amount of your order, including product cost, shipping, taxes, and any applicable fees.

If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue a refund for the canceled portion of the order.

8. Incorrect Shipping Information

We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to sender because of an incorrect address, incomplete address, failed delivery attempt, or refusal of delivery, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.

If we determine that the item has a production defect, printing error, damage, or fulfillment mistake, we may offer a replacement, refund, or other resolution at our discretion.

We do not guarantee replacement or refund for issues reported after the 7-day review period.

10. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Because our products are printed on demand, we do not offer general returns or exchanges.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for size issues, color preference, buyer’s remorse, or accidental orders.

Refunds or replacements may be provided only for qualifying production defects, misprints, damaged items, or incorrect items, as described in Section 9.

The FTC advises online shoppers to check refund policies, return windows, shipping cost responsibilities, and restocking terms before purchasing; this section is intended to make our policy clear before you order. 

11. Order Cancellations

Because print-on-demand orders may enter production quickly, we cannot guarantee that an order can be canceled after it is placed.

Discounts cannot be applied retroactively to previous purchases unless we choose to do so at our discretion.
